|Every organization can benefit from a better understanding of the strengths residing in their key players. Further, every company knows that even the strongest of executives has room for improvement and with the right diagnosis of developmental opportunities, excellence can follow. We have been conducting executive assessments for two decades. We start with a competency model or other definition of the critical job requirements and use a combination of assessment tools from standardized tests, competency based interviews, 360 degree evaluations and more to obtain a complete picture of each executive in our assessment program. We develop detailed reports tied to the competency model and fully informed by all elements of the assessment. We debrief the executive on this report and work to create a program designed to ensure future job success. Part of this process is working with the executive’s direct manager and the talent management group within the organization to define a program that will continue to build on strengths and help improve in identified areas.
